Fabio Lanza

Co-General Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Ifis Npl Servicing S.p.A.

Born in Genoa in 1971.

Fabio Lanza has been Co-General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Banca Ifis since August 2021, Chief Executive Officer of Ifis Npl Servicing S.p.A. since October 2023.

The manager, Head of Business Transformation & Development of UniCredit Wealth Management from 2019, started his career with Credito Italiano.

He joined Unicredit in 2004 and was Head of Learning & Development, Organisational development and Internal Communication with Unicredit Corporate Banking and then Head of HR Global Leasing. In 2011, he became Head of Human Resources for the areas of CIB Global F&A, GTB and Coverage Italy. In June 2015, he became COO and in November 2016 was appointed as Co-General Manager Commercial & Operations of Cordusio SIM.

Lanza graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Genoa in 1995.
