Born in Genoa in 1978.

She graduated in Economics and Business Legislation from the L. Bocconi University of Milan.
Since 2007 she has been enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Auditors. She has always worked for leading law firms in Milan. She is currently a partner of Plusiders Studio Legale e Tributario. Since 2007, she has held positions as a member of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of supervised intermediaries, listed and unlisted companies. She advises national and international clients on all issues relating to corporate taxation, corporate matters and the tax profiles of extraordinary transactions. She has gained significant expertise in the area of organisational and corporate governance structures and internal control systems and in risk management methodologies.
