Chiara Paolino

Independent Director

Born in Cernusco sul Naviglio in 1980.

Chiara Paolino has been an Independent Director of Banca Ifis since 17/04/2025.
She is Associate Professor of Business Organisation, coordinator of the three-year degree course in Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage, head of the International Master in Arts Management and of the English language profile of the Master’s Degree in the same discipline, as well as a member of the board of the PhD in Management and Innovation at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
Her academic career developed through progressive assignments within the same university and previously at Bocconi University, where she carried out research and teaching activities.
She devised and coordinated innovative training courses such as the International Master’s degree and the Master’s degree profile by the same name, helping to create concrete bridges between business and culture. She has directed research projects of national and European relevance, including an in-depth study on corporate art collections in Italy and coordinated the Italian unit of the Erasmus+ project ‘Artist-Led-Learning’ on the role of artists in managerial learning processes. Her interdisciplinary approach allows her to assist institutions and companies in rethinking education, creativity and organisational inclusion, including through art.
