Please be informed that, pursuant to art. 5 of the Consob Regulation n. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as amended, and section 5.2 of the Banca IFIS’s “Procedure governing transactions with Associated Parties”, the informational document pertaining to a financing transaction for IFIS Finance z.o.o. approved by the Board of Directors on May 19, 2015 has been made available to the public at the registered office, on the Bank’s website, at the “Borsa Italiana S.p.A.” (Italian Stock Exchange) and on the authorized storage structure’s site www.emarketstorage.com.
