Notice on the purchase of treasury shares from 28 March to 1 April 2022

Mestre (Venice) 1 April 2022 – Banca Ifis S.p.A. (code LEI: 8156005420362AE59184) informs the public that between 28 March and 1 April 2022 it purchased no. 234.604 of Banca Ifis’ ordinary shares (equal to 0,436% of share capital) on Euronext Star Milan for a total value of Euro 4.443.048,76.

These transactions were carried out as part of the programme launched following authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 July 2021 (the subject of a press release issued on the same date), authorization from the Bank of Italy and the Board of Directors’ resolution published in the press release of 14 March 2022.
