Interbanca S.P.A.: the shareholders’ meeting approved the year-end financial report at December 31, 2016

Milan, April 20, 2017: today the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of Interbanca S.p.A. (a company belonging to the Gruppo Bancario Banca IFIS enrolled in the banking groups register held by the Bank of Italy pursuant to art. 64 of the Consolidated Banking Act) approved the year-end financial report of Interbanca S.p.A. at December 31, 2016.
Copies of the year-end financial report at December 31, 2016 are available at the company’s registered office (Corso Venezia 56, Milan) and on the website https://www.bancaifis.it in the “Institutional Investor Relations” area.
