Information about the distribution and the payment of the 2014 dividend

Mestre, 8 April 2015 – In relation to the dividend 2014, regarding what was previously communicated, we clarify that Banca IFIS S.p.A.’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, chaired by Sebastien Egon Fürstenberg, approved today the distribution of a dividend of 0,66 Euro per share for every ordinary share subsequent to detachment of coupon no. 18 on 13 April 2015, record date 14 April and payment of these as from 15 April 2015. This dividend will be paid through the authorised intermediaries with which the shares are registered in the Monte Titoli system.
