Banca IFIS’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting took place today, Wednesday April 8th, at Banca IFIS’s Headquarters in Mestre. The Shareholders’ Meeting approved the Annual report for the year 2014 and the distribution to Shareholders of a dividend of 0,66 euro for every ordinary share.

Today’s Meeting represented a chance for Banca IFIS to show once again its desire to bring innovation to the banking sector. The Shareholders’ Meeting was transmitted online on Twitter thanks to Periscope, the mobile phone application for direct broadcasting of events: Banca IFIS is therefore the first bank to use Periscope to communicate to the outside world, once again showing its desire to beats trends and to share with stakeholders events and contents in the most transparent and real-time way.
