Banca IFIS signed today the EMTN Programme for issues up to 5 billion Euro

London, 29 September 2017 – Banca IFIS signed today the EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) Programme announced in July 2017.

The Programme, with annual duration and with possibility of renewal, has a maximum aggregate issue amount equal to 5 billion Euro and it is targeted to institutional investors in Italy and abroad, excluding the United States of America, pursuant to Regulation S of the United Securities Act of 1933.

The EMTN Programme is a flexible tool that will allow Banca IFIS both to take timely advantage of positive market windows for issuing bonds and to issue different types of debt securities.

The Arranger of the Programme is Unicredit.
