Mestre (Venice), 12 October 2017 – Banca IFIS S.p.A. (‘BB+’, outlook stable) announces that, as of today’s date, the rating agency Fitch Rating Inc. assigned the final rating ‘BB’ to the 400 million euro subordinated Tier 2 bond that the Company issued on October 10, 2017.
