Reinforcement of the regulatory ratios thanks to the merger

Mestre (Venice), 9 Feburary 2018 – In relation to the data published yesterday, 8 February 2018 concerning Banca IFIS’s regulatory ratios, Banca IFIS specifies that the CET1 ratio of the Banking Group after the reverse merger with the holding La Scogliera – which could be completed by 30 June 2018 – will be 15,64% (applying pro forma the calculation rules of the regulatory ratios to the preliminary results at 31 December 2017). The Total Capital Ratio in the same hypothesis will be of 21,07%.
