Mestre (Venice), 20 January 2023 – Banca Ifis announces the publication dates for its 2023 financial results:
- 09/02/2023 – Approval of 2022 preliminary results
- 09/03/2023 – Approval of the 2022 draft annual report and invitation to the General Shareholders’ Meeting
- 20/04/2023 – Annual Shareholders’ meeting to approve the 2022 annual report
- 11/05/2023 – Approval of 1Q 2023 results
- 03/08/2023 – Approval of half-yearly report at 30th June 2023
- 09/11/2023 – Approval of the 9M2023 and resolution on the distribution of an interim dividend
Furthermore, Banca Ifis announces the following expected calendar related to the dividend policies:
- 22/05/2023 – Dividend detachment date approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
- 23/05/2023 – Record Date (Date of the evidence of the accounts for the determination of the legitimacy of the payment of the dividends approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting)
- 24/05/2023 – Date for the payment of dividends approved by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
- 20/11/2023 – Coupon detachment date for the interim dividend approved by the Board of Directors
- 21/11/2023 – Record date (Date of the evidence of the accounts for the determination of the legitimacy of the payment of the interim dividend approved by the Board of Directors)
- 22/11/2023 – Date for the payment of the interim dividend approved by the Board of Directors
As already stated in the press release of 19th January 2018, Banca Ifis has decided to continue preparing and publishing its quarterly information in accordance with previous practice and until otherwise decided, in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation regarding the STAR segment. This decision was taken in order to ensure continuity and frequency of information for the financial community, in adherence with Banca Ifis’s corporate policy regarding delivery of information on its financial and operating performance to the market and investors.
