IMPACT
BUSINESS
To give an economic value to the change generated through social projects, treating it as if it were a real profit generated for society.
We translate the social dimension into a monetary and, therefore, concrete value.
We make our actions measurable in order to be transparent.
We select projects where we can maximise our impact by acting as a purpose-driven company.
The analysis model
Our impact measurement model, developed in collaboration with Triadi – a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano – is based on the Theory of Change and is scalable and replicable.
The immediate result of this analysis is the value multiplier ratio, i.e. the ratio between the investment on each project and the social value generated.
When these 4 conditions occur, without which we can only speak of externalities.
Analysis of the project, financial investment and beneficiaries
Definition of project objectives (e.g. personal well-being, professional growth, increased employability)
Definition of indicators to be measured for each impact dimension (objective) and data collection
Measurement of the economic value generated by the project under evaluation for each impact dimension
The Impact Dashboard collects all measured projects, SDGs and the social impact value of the investment.
