What were your thoughts when you joined Banca Ifis?
First I’d like to say that Banca Ifis welcomed me after I had been working for about 22 years in a company with very deep-seated procedures and habits, and perhaps slightly static and set in its ways. I was initially overcome by Banca Ifis’ liveliness and energy, though I was soon happily drawn by this energy and by all the projects.
What about your personal growth at Banca Ifis?
The area where I can say I’ve grown the most is certainly the ability to constantly look at things from a different point of view, both at work and in everyday life. Of course this is not easy, but I apply myself every day to put this possibility into practice.
What brought you most satisfaction at work?
By taking a look at my path at Banca Ifis, I have to admit that one of the things that brought me most satisfaction is being on the point of rejecting this job opportunity for a series of reasons and then eventually deciding that I didn’t want to give up without trying! This will and perseverance, as well as the fortune of meeting people that we able to help me, left a truly positive mark on me.
What do you expect from your future, both from a professional and personal point of view?
At work and in my personal life, I’d like to be able to add more and more value to quality over quantity, of course whilst maintaining the right balance.
Anything else you’d like to add?
Life is certainly very creative. Indeed, when you feel that things are not meant to change, an interplay of circumstances suddenly alters them and you need to be ready to seize opportunities.
