In accordance with article 2.6.2 of the Italian Stock Exchange Regulations, you are hereby informed that, in partial departure from the existing Events Calendar, Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting to approve the 2016 annual report will be held on 21st April 2017 (instead of 13th April 2017).

Any further variations to the Events Calendar will be communicated well in advance.
