Foro Bonaparte, Milan – After obtaining UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification for adopting and implementing measures to ensure gender equality in the workplace, Banca Ifis will be honoured at the Winning Institute Awards. UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification establishes guidelines for a management system for gender equality by encouraging the measurement, reporting and evaluation of data. Mauro Baracchi, Human Resources Manager, will collect the award for Banca Ifis.
