Castiglioni Robotica is the gateway to the forge of the hi-tech industry of today and tomorrow. Set up by Paolo and Massimiliano Castiglioni, the company specialises in automation: here all the machines that integrate 4.0 technologies are designed, assembled and programmed, such as anthropomorphic robots, rotary tables and vision systems.

But everything started from scratch: as with all the best business stories, the first car was developed in a garage. There were difficulties, of course, but a team of true professionals were formed with the winning formula of hard work, sacrifice and real commitment.

In a sector like automation, flexibility is a must. Whether it’s the advent of a new technology or a problem to solve, the trick is knowing how to interpret what happens. To do this, Castiglioni Robotica follows the customer from the design phase to after-sales assistance: the quality of the relationship with the partner forms the basis for a guided and conscious approach to the technological innovation of a company.

Castiglioni Robotica is a company with a technological soul, but with deep roots in its country. The founders worked for various companies in the sector before starting their own enterprise, which now welcomes and trains students at local high schools. Even in the 15/20% of the foreign market with which the company works, there are loyal Italian customers with branches or divisions in other countries.

Sustainability

Castiglioni Robotica aims to use eco-sustainable materials wherever possible. However, use of the machinery produced by the company in the industrial sector limits the possibility of replacing some components for which green alternatives do not yet exist.

Digital innovation

No two machines are alike and this makes it possible to always find new solutions to the issues that arise during design and construction.
